1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you") and 222ph ("the Platform," "we," "us"). They govern your registration, access, and use of all services offered through the 222ph website and platform, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, eBingo, online poker, and any promotional activities.

Access to or use of 222ph in any capacity constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form part of the overall agreement between you and 222ph.

These Terms are written in English and governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 222ph operates. Where a conflict arises between a translation and the English version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

2Eligibility and Age Requirements

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following criteria to be eligible to use 222ph:

• You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of a legal entity or corporation.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of account registration and use.
• You are not a person who has been self-excluded from the platform or any associated gaming service.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You have not previously had an account terminated by 222ph for a violation of these Terms.

222ph reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restriction or closure.

3Account Registration and Verification

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on 222ph. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You may not use another person's identity or create an account using false information.

222ph applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before deposits, withdrawals, or certain promotional offers can be processed, you will be asked to verify your identity using a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Acceptable documents include a passport, driver's licence, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), or similar valid government ID.

• OTP verification is required for certain account actions, including password changes and withdrawal requests.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify 222ph immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• 222ph will not be liable for losses resulting from sharing or failing to protect your account credentials.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 222ph are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). There is no foreign currency conversion involved in deposits, wagers, or withdrawals.

Accepted deposit methods include Philippine bank transfer, GCash, Maya, and other Philippine online and mobile banking channels. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. For a current list of available channels, refer to the Deposit page.

• Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods on 222ph.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible.
• 222ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals.
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed during the deposit or withdrawal process.

Any deposits made through fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to the relevant authorities. 222ph will not process withdrawals to accounts where the source of funds has not been satisfactorily verified.

5Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 222ph are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sport market. These rules are displayed within the relevant section of the platform at the time of betting.

• All bets are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• In the event of a technical error or system fault during a game or bet, 222ph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Odds and game outcomes displayed on the platform are determined by the relevant sports results or random number generation, as applicable. 222ph does not influence outcomes.
• Bets placed on live in-play markets are subject to live odds that may change significantly within seconds. The odds at confirmation are the odds that apply.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, 222ph's decision — based on verified results from official sources — is final.

222ph offers sports betting across PBA, NBA, Premier League football, boxing, volleyball, and esports, as well as live casino games, slots, eBingo, and online poker. Each category is governed by its own ruleset in addition to these general Terms.

6Bonuses and Promotional Offers

222ph may offer various promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and sports-specific offers. All promotions are subject to individual terms and conditions that are displayed at the time of each offer.

• Bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in the individual offer terms.
• Promotions are available only to eligible, verified players. Players who have self-excluded are not eligible for promotional offers.
• 222ph reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• Promotional offers have validity periods. Uncompleted wagering requirements at expiry result in removal of the bonus balance.

7Responsible Gaming

222ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools to help players manage their activity, including deposit limits and self-exclusion options. These tools are available in your account settings and exist for your benefit.

Players are encouraged to set personal limits before beginning any gaming session and to treat the platform as entertainment rather than a source of income. 222ph does not guarantee winnings from any game, sport, or promotional offer, and no bet or wager is risk-free.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 222ph and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Creating more than one account per individual.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or other multiplayer games.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the platform's software for financial gain.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or any communication with 222ph.

222ph monitors account activity for signs of fraudulent behaviour. Any account found to be in breach of these conduct requirements will be closed and all associated funds may be withheld pending investigation.

9Account Suspension and Termination

222ph reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in Section 2.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• A request from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Players may also close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting the 222ph support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment account, subject to standard verification checks.

10Limitation of Liability

222ph provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability and accurate odds and game outcomes, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 222ph shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from technical faults, delays in processing, inaccurate information displayed on the platform, or any third-party service failures.

Your use of 222ph is at your own risk. The outcome of any bet or wager involves chance, and 222ph makes no representation that you will win any amount as a result of participation in any game or sporting market.

11Privacy and Data

222ph collects and processes personal data as part of account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, and platform security. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering an account, you consent to 222ph processing your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, including for the purpose of identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. You may request details of the data held about you or request its deletion by contacting support — subject to legal retention obligations that may apply.

12Amendments to These Terms

222ph reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account, or through a notification displayed upon login.

Continued use of the 222ph platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you may close your account at any time before the effective date of the changes.
